Begin with decades of experience in the fabrication of custom made furniture, cabinetry and case work. Combine that expertise with modern technology, spacious facilities and hand picked materials.  As needed, provide shop drawings and schematics for commercial designs.

      Construct a  2" x 4" frame of solid wood, sandwich Dow insulation to an R20 value, apply the appropriate vapor barriers and complete the airtight cabinet with 3/4" veneers of the appropriate species. Do not use any composite materials.  Do not "glue and screw" the panels together.  Seal the interior panels making them impervious to the ~70% humidity.

     Apply a 7-step finishing process in matching virtually any exterior and provide samples to the customer for review and approval.
